Give Me 15 Minutes and I’ll Give You The Best Squat Workout!

Happy Friday! Y’all know I’m all about the buns, hun! So today I wanted to share one of my favorite lower body workouts! I created this workout because I was short on time but still wanted to really feel the burn in my glutes and legs! Make sure to focus on form rather than how many reps you can complete. You’ll definitely be feeling it the next day! And the next day, and the next day! 😆 Do three sets total of the exercises below resting one minute between each set. Make sure to keep your abs tight, get as low as you can with your squats, make sure your knees never pass your toes, and make sure to really squeeze your glutes!

Complete each of these eight exercises with no rest, rest one minute after completing each set:

  1. Squat- 30 seconds
  2. Squat with knee press out- 30 seconds
  3. Plie Squat- 30 seconds
  4. Pulse Squat- 30 seconds (Squat and pulse three times)
  5. Squat Jump- 30 seconds
  6. Sumo Squat with pulse on toes- 30 seconds (Squat and pulse three times)
  7. Bulgarian Split Squat- 30 seconds (15 seconds each leg)
  8. Wall Sit- 30 seconds

Just a reminder that I am in no way a trainer but I just wanted to share what has worked for me personally over the years!
