By now y’all know I am all for a living a healthy lifestyle, exercising, and eating as best as I can but we all have those days where we just want to rip open a bag of Doritos, eat too much ice cream, or just pig out! And that’s ok we’re only human! I know as women we have those days where we tend to get those cravings that just won’t stop nagging us. It’s not realistic for us to never have any junk food so I’ve rounded up some of the YUMMIEST “junk food” snacks that won’t break the calorie bank and that are also Keto friendly. Trust me, it makes a huge difference keeping those pounds at bay, feeling healthier overall, and satisfying those cravings!
At only 100 calories and 9g of carbs per bag these are a fan favorite in my house! Best part of all is that they taste just as good as higher carb popcorn. One bag is enough to satisfy a craving or sit and eat while you throw on a movie.
I LOVE this shake! Sometimes I’ll have this in the morning as my breakfast and sometimes I’ll just have one as an afternoon snack. It tastes exactly like a chocolate shake without all the guilt! At only 9g of carbs per shake this snack has saved me on days when my cravings are out of control! To make the most out of this shake I change the directions slightly. My suggestion is to pour two scoops of the mix into a blender (two scoops is one serving) and half a cup of water and blend. Once that is done add a full cup of ice and blend. This will give you a larger size shake that tastes just like chocolate!
Mini cookies without the guilt? Sign me up! At approximately 140 calories/10g of carbs per serving (about 8 cookies) what gets better than that? Best part of all is there’s a flavor for everyone: Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Brownie, Snickerdoodle, and Chocolate Mint. Yes please!
This is my go to snack when I’m craving a piece of candy. Although they are higher in calories and carbs (90 calories/7g carbs per cup) for their size than the rest of the snacks on this list they instantly satisfy that craving on days when you have a sweet tooth you can’t kick. These remind me of Reese’s cups but without the extra sugar! I tend to indulge in the Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Carmel Nut Cluster flavors but they also come in Chocolate Mint Cup and Caramel Cup.
Kiss My Keto Gummies
If you’re not into chocolate snacks and prefer something chewier then Kiss My Keto Gummies are a good choice! If you’re Keto and tracking your carbs these gummies have 17g of carbs (a bit on the higher side) but only 3g of net carbs and 54 calories per pack! Perfect size pack to throw in your purse when you’re on the go!
Sometimes we need something crunchy to satisfy our cravings and Whisps is perfect for that! With flavors like Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and Asiago and Pepper Jack Cheese you can’t go wrong. GAME CHANGER Y’ALL, GAME CHANGER! This ice cream is seriously sooooo delicious! It tastes just like regular non-keto ice cream with only 9g of carbs per serving. Each container of ice cream has four servings so the portion sizes are pretty generous. With flavors like Peanut Blubber (my personal favorite), Chilla In Vanilla, No Judge Mint, Caramels Back, and Brownie Points there is literally something for everyone. Ok I know we all know about White Claws and Truly but just a reminder that these are great go to drinks when you’re going for a low calorie/low carb drink. At only 100 calories and 2g of carbs per drink they can’t be beat! Plus there’s so many flavors to choose from to keep us from getting bored of the same old thing!
