Happy Tuesday! Let’s kick off the day with a good workout! 🏋🏻♀️ Today I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite workouts for blasting cellulite! I created this workout because I wanted something that would tighten, tone, and reduce cellulite fast! Before we dig into the workout there’s a few things I should clarify about cellulite! First, almost every woman in the world has cellulite including some of the most beautiful, fit celebrities and models. Trust me, I’ve worked with some of them and it’s completely natural and normal! There ain’t no shame in our cellulite game! 🤪 Second, while I have tried every possible cellulite product on the market nothing works better than good old fashioned exercise paired with a healthy diet! Finally, it takes time to see results but if you are patient, listen to your body, and treat your body kindly you’ll be seeing results before you know it! Before I start this workout I love to take ten minutes to go outside and run up and down some stairs. If you don’t have stairs nearby you can either jog outdoors or jump rope in place for ten minutes! Hope you guys enjoy!
Complete each of the eight exercises with no rest. Do 3 sets total and rest 1 minute between each set!
1. Lunges- 12 reps each leg
2. Goblet Plie Squat- 12 reps
3. Curtsy Lunge- 12 reps each leg
4. Single Leg Dead Lift- 12 reps each leg
5. Glute Bridge- 12 reps
6. Donkey Kicks- 12 reps each leg
7. Fire hydrants- 12 reps each leg
8. Clamshell Trio (Raised clamshell, knee and toes, corkscrew)- 30 seconds each exercise, each leg- Do all three exercises on one leg and then switch to the other leg! See video for demonstration!
